Dear Loss Mitigation:

I regrettably write you this letter explaining why I have fallen behind on my mortgage payments and would like to conduct a short sale on property 1234 Main ST, Anytown AZ 85222. My income is one third of what it used to be and not only am I falling behind on my mortgage payment to you but my bills are becoming uncontrollable. I am forced to make work out plans with all them as I don't see my situation improving in the near future.
